All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The University Lecturer compensation structure complies with the University of British Columbia Faculty Salary Schedule and applicable Canada Vancouver provincial employment regulations.

4.1 Validity

This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, require a revised estimate beyond this period, a new Quotation Estimate document shall be generated reflecting any changes in the Canada Vancouver academic labour market or institutional policy.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Compensation for the University Lecturer shall be disbursed on a bi-weekly basis in accordance with the University of British Columbia payroll cycle. The research start-up grant (Item 3) shall be released in two equal instalments: 60% upon successful onboarding and 40% upon completion of the first academic term. All other line items in this Quotation Estimate shall be allocated and drawn down in accordance with the departmental budget approval process.

4.3 Scope Modifications

Any modification to the scope of the University Lecturer engagement, including changes to course load, graduate supervision numbers, or research obligations, must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate. Pacific Northwest Academic Services Inc. reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any such changes, particularly where modifications affect the Canada Vancouver cost-of-living adjustment or statutory contribution calculations.

4.4 Compliance

This Quotation Estimate and the resulting University Lecturer engagement shall comply with all applicable federal and provincial legislation in Canada, including the Canada Labour Standards, the British Columbia Employment Standards Act, and the University of British Columbia Faculty Collective Agreement. The University Lecturer shall be subject to the institution's code of conduct, academic integrity policies, and the Canada Vancouver municipal bylaws governing workplace conduct.

4.5 Confidentiality

All financial figures, compensation details, and institutional information contained within this Quotation Estimate are classified as confidential. Unauthorized distribution of this document, or any portion thereof, to third parties outside the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, is strictly prohibited.

By signing below, the authorized representative of the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Pacific Northwest Academic Services Inc. to proceed with the recruitment and engagement of the University Lecturer as described herein. This signature constitutes formal acceptance of all terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this document.
