3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-issuance and may be subject to revised pricing.
Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon successful placement and first-day attendance of the University Lecturer, and 20% upon completion of the 90-day follow-up period.
All services will be performed in Colombia Bogotá unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel expenses for candidate interviews conducted in-person at the Bogotá campus are included in the quoted amounts.
The University Lecturer candidate must meet all academic and professional requirements stipulated by the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. In the event that no suitable candidate is identified within ninety (90) days, this Quotation Estimate may be extended by mutual written agreement at no additional cost.
Confidentiality: All candidate data and institutional information exchanged during this process are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of employment. The final hiring decision rests solely with the client institution. Our role as the staffing provider is limited to recruitment, assessment, and facilitation of the University Lecturer appointment process.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent labor and commercial courts of Colombia Bogotá, D.C.
