  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement of the University Lecturer beyond this validity window will require a revised estimate reflecting current market rates in Egypt, Alexandria.
  2. All monetary values are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Exchange rate conversions are indicative only and subject to the Central Bank of Egypt rate on the date of payment.
  3. The University Lecturer shall be engaged under a fixed-term academic contract for the 2025/2026 academic year, commencing on 1 October 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, in compliance with Egyptian academic employment law.
  4. Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% upon contract signing, 60% disbursed monthly alongside the University Lecturer's salary, and 20% upon successful completion of the academic year and submission of the final performance report.
  5. AARCS shall coordinate all recruitment activities within the Alexandria Governorate and shall ensure full compliance with the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regulations governing the appointment of academic staff.
  6. The University Lecturer is expected to deliver a minimum of 18 contact hours per week across undergraduate and postgraduate modules, in addition to supervisory and research duties as defined by the Department of Civil Engineering, Alexandria University.
  7. Any changes to the scope of work, additional teaching loads, or extended engagement of the University Lecturer beyond the quoted academic year will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by AARCS.
  8. This estimate does not include personal income tax, social security contributions, or any statutory deductions applicable to academic employees in Egypt, Alexandria, which shall be handled in accordance with local tax law.
  9. Confidentiality: All information contained in this Quotation Estimate is confidential and intended solely for the use of the recipient institution in Alexandria, Egypt.

By signing below, the authorised representative of the receiving institution confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the University Lecturer as described herein, and authorises AARCS to proceed with the recruitment and onboarding process in Egypt, Alexandria.
