  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Any engagement of the University Lecturer beyond this validity window shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting updated Egypt Cairo market rates and currency fluctuations.
  2. All monetary values are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) at the Central Bank of Egypt reference rate. The USD equivalents are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to daily exchange rate variation.
  3. The University Lecturer shall be bound by a standard three (3) year employment contract renewable upon mutual agreement, in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and the Higher Education Law No. 1 of 2010 as amended.
  4. Any additional teaching load exceeding 18 credit hours per semester, or any request for a sabbatical year, shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Academic Procurement Office in Egypt Cairo.
  5. The University reserves the right to adjust the housing subsidy and cost-of-living components of this Quotation Estimate should the Egyptian government issue revised minimum wage or academic salary directives during the contract term.
  6. All intellectual property, research outputs, and course materials developed by the University Lecturer during the term of engagement shall remain the property of Cairo University, Egypt Cairo, in accordance with institutional policy.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment offer. Final terms are subject to successful completion of the university's internal hiring committee review, background checks, and approval by the Board of Trustees.
