The University Lecturer proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration from a recognised institution, a Master's degree in Finance, and a minimum of eight (8) years of post-doctoral teaching and research experience in a West African or equivalent academic environment. The candidate is a registered member of the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) and holds a valid teaching licence for the Ghana Accra academic jurisdiction. The University Lecturer has published a minimum of twelve (12) peer-reviewed articles in international journals and has supervised at least ten (10) postgraduate theses to successful completion.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 Payment shall be made in monthly instalments within fourteen (14) working days of the end of each academic month, via bank transfer to the account designated by Accra Academic Consultancy Ltd. in Ghana Accra.
4.3 The University Lecturer engagement is governed by the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) of Ghana and the specific academic regulations of the University of Ghana. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Ghana Arbitration Act, 2005 (Act 698).
4.4 The client reserves the right to terminate the University Lecturer engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days, subject to payment of all fees accrued up to the termination date.
4.5 All intellectual property developed by the University Lecturer during the course of this engagement, including course materials, research outputs, and digital resources, shall be jointly owned by the University Lecturer and the University of Ghana, as stipulated in the institution's IP policy.
4.6 The University Lecturer shall comply with all health, safety, and conduct regulations applicable to academic staff in Ghana Accra, including the university's code of professional ethics.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the authorised signatories.
