3. Terms and Conditions
The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement of the University Lecturer in India Mumbai:
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and financial figures are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Mumbai academic recruitment sector.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of the University Lecturer, and the remaining 20% upon completion of the first academic semester. All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the designated bank account of Academic Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
3.3 The University Lecturer shall be bound by a minimum service agreement of three (3) academic years with Mumbai Metropolitan University. Early termination by either party shall be subject to a penalty clause as detailed in the separate employment contract.
3.4 All statutory deductions, including income tax (TDS), Employee Provident Fund (EPF), and Professional Tax as mandated by the Government of Maharashtra and the Central Government of India, shall be applied as per the latest notifications in force in India Mumbai.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The final terms of employment for the University Lecturer shall be governed by a separate, mutually executed agreement in compliance with the University Act, 1956, and applicable labour regulations in India.
3.6 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
