3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all figures are subject to revision based on prevailing UGC pay revisions, inflation adjustments, or changes in the Delhi State tax structure.
- The engagement of the University Lecturer is contingent upon successful completion of all screening, interview, and verification procedures as outlined in the National Institute's Academic Recruitment Policy, 2024.
- All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where relevant. No additional levies or surcharges shall be applicable beyond those itemised herein.
- The University Lecturer shall be bound by a non-compete and intellectual property agreement standard for academic institutions in India New Delhi, ensuring that all research outputs, publications, and patents generated during the tenure remain the property of the institution.
