- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all figures must be re-verified against current Japan Osaka market conditions.
- The University Lecturer engagement is contingent upon successful completion of a minimum of two (2) interview rounds conducted at the host institution in Japan Osaka, as well as verification of academic credentials by the Japan Scholarship and Academic Evaluation Board.
- The initial contract term for the University Lecturer position shall be three (3) academic years, with the option for renewal subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance review.
- Payment terms: Base salary and housing subsidy shall be disbursed on the last business day of each month via direct bank transfer to a Japanese financial institution. The relocation package shall be paid in full within fourteen (14) days of the University Lecturer's arrival in Japan Osaka.
- Tax withholding shall be applied in accordance with the National Tax Agency of Japan regulations. The University Lecturer is responsible for filing an annual income tax return (Nenpuku Shinkoku) by the end of February of the following fiscal year.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal employment agreement, compliant with Japan's Labor Standards Act and the specific bylaws of the host university in Japan Osaka, shall be executed upon mutual acceptance.
