1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive financial breakdown for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional engagement of a University Lecturer to deliver academic instruction at the client institution located in Mexico, Mexico City. The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all costs associated with sourcing, vetting, contracting, and supporting a qualified University Lecturer for a full academic year (August 2025 through July 2026). 4. Payment Terms and Schedule

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment structure for the University Lecturer engagement in Mexico, Mexico City:

  • Advance Payment (30%): MXN 264,132.00 due within 10 business days of formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of recruitment activities.
  • Monthly Installments (70%): MXN 53,370.00 per month, payable on the first business day of each month from August 2025 through July 2026, covering the University Lecturer's honorarium, allowances, and administrative costs.
  • Final Settlement: Any remaining balance, including the annual performance evaluation fee, shall be settled by August 15, 2026.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to the account designated by Academic Talent Solutions de México, S.A. de C.V., or directly to the University Lecturer's registered account as per the employment contract. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in compliance with Mexican commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision due to potential changes in the Mexican peso exchange rate, inflation adjustments, or modifications to statutory labor contributions in Mexico City.
  • The University Lecturer engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or a Master's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate teaching experience at a recognized higher education institution.
  • The University Lecturer shall be required to reside or maintain a primary base of operations within the Mexico City metropolitan area to ensure consistent availability for in-person instruction, departmental meetings, and institutional events.
  • Academic Talent Solutions de México, S.A. de C.V. shall not be held liable for any academic performance issues arising after the initial onboarding period of sixty (60) days, provided that all contractual obligations of the University Lecturer have been clearly communicated and acknowledged in writing.
  • Either party may terminate the engagement with a thirty (30) day written notice. In the event of early termination, a prorated refund of unused services shall be calculated and issued within fifteen (15) business days.
  • All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent University Lecturer engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico's Federal Data Protection Law).
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A separate, detailed employment or service agreement shall be executed between the client institution and the University Lecturer upon successful completion of the recruitment process.
6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the authorized representative of the client institution acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of a University Lecturer in Mexico, Mexico City.
