- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all figures and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Morocco Casablanca and applicable Moroccan labor regulations.
- The University Lecturer engagement is governed by the Moroccan Code of Labor (Code du Travail) and the specific academic employment statutes of Université Hassan II. All contractual obligations shall be executed in accordance with the legal framework of the Kingdom of Morocco.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via direct bank transfer to the University Lecturer's designated account within the Morocco Casablanca banking network, no later than the last working day of each calendar month.
- The relocation and installation allowance is a one-time payment disbursed within fifteen (15) days of the University Lecturer's official arrival and registration in Morocco Casablanca.
- The housing subsidy is contingent upon the University Lecturer residing within a 15-kilometer radius of the Morocco Casablanca campus. Proof of residence must be submitted quarterly to the HR office.
- Any additional teaching load exceeding the stipulated 18 hours per week shall be compensated at a rate of 850 MAD per additional hour, as per the faculty's supplementary teaching policy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal contract of engagement for the University Lecturer position will be drafted and signed following the acceptance of this estimate and completion of all background verification procedures.
- All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable Moroccan taxes (IR – Impôt sur le Revenu), which shall be deducted at source in accordance with the Moroccan tax code.
- The University Lecturer is expected to maintain professional indemnity insurance throughout the duration of the engagement, with a minimum coverage of 500,000 MAD.
- Disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the internal grievance mechanism of Université Hassan II, Morocco Casablanca, before any external legal proceedings are initiated.
By signing below, the authorized representative of Université Hassan II, Morocco Casablanca, acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the University Lecturer engagement and confirms acceptance of the terms, conditions, and financial figures outlined herein.
