1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all figures are subject to revision based on market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
2. The engagement of the University Lecturer is contingent upon successful completion of background verification, academic credential authentication, and the issuance of a valid work permit by the relevant Myanmar government authorities.
3. Payment shall be processed on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the University Lecturer's designated account within a Myanmar-licensed financial institution, no later than the fifth (5th) business day of each month.
4. The one-time relocation and onboarding package shall be disbursed in two instalments: fifty percent (50%) upon arrival in Myanmar Yangon and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the first month of service.
5. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the institution without cause, a pro-rata portion of the annual bonus and remaining allowances shall be paid to the University Lecturer.
6. All intellectual property, research outputs, and course materials developed during the tenure of the University Lecturer shall be governed by the institution's intellectual property policy as applicable in Myanmar Yangon.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a formal employment contract. A separate, detailed employment agreement shall be executed upon acceptance of this estimate and successful completion of all pre-employment requirements.
8. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent labour courts in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Labour Law No. 6/2011.
