3. Payment Terms and Schedule

4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and allocations are subject to revision based on prevailing government salary orders and institutional budget revisions.
- The engagement of the University Lecturer is contingent upon successful completion of all background checks, academic credential verification, and a minimum two-week probationary period as mandated by the university's Nepal Kathmandu campus regulations.
