Academic Talent Solutions B.V. shall provide the following services to facilitate the recruitment and integration of a University Lecturer into the University of Amsterdam, located in the heart of Netherlands Amsterdam:

• Conducting a targeted search and screening of qualified University Lecturer candidates with expertise in European political integration, international law, and comparative governance, aligned with the pedagogical standards of Dutch higher education institutions.
• Managing the complete interview and assessment process, including academic panel evaluations, teaching demonstration sessions, and reference verification, in compliance with the Dutch Higher Education Act (Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek, WHW).
• Providing relocation and integration support for the selected University Lecturer, including housing assistance in the Amsterdam metropolitan area, Dutch language orientation, and registration with the local municipality (gemeente) in Amsterdam.
• Delivering a structured onboarding programme covering the University of Amsterdam's academic calendar, research infrastructure, and the specific expectations of the Netherlands Amsterdam academic community.
• Offering a twelve-month post-placement support period during which our team shall monitor the University Lecturer's integration and address any administrative or professional concerns that may arise.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the engagement of the University Lecturer shall be structured as follows:

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the University of Amsterdam will provide a dedicated point of contact and timely access to academic panel members for the University Lecturer selection process. The following items are excluded from the total amount: the University Lecturer's annual salary and benefits (to be determined separately by the University in accordance with the Dutch Academic Labour Agreement, CAO-HBO/WO), international airfare for the candidate, and any additional research funding or grant administration. Should the scope of the University Lecturer engagement be expanded beyond the parameters described herein, a supplementary Quotation Estimate shall be issued prior to any additional work commencing.

This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue, expiring on 14 September 2025. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between Academic Talent Solutions B.V. and the University of Amsterdam for the recruitment and integration of the University Lecturer as described. Any modifications to the scope, timeline, or financial terms must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.

1. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with jurisdiction vested in the District Court of Amsterdam.
2. Academic Talent Solutions B.V. shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all candidate data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy legislation (AVG).
3. The University Lecturer selected through this process shall be employed directly by the University of Amsterdam; Academic Talent Solutions B.V. acts solely as a recruitment and integration intermediary.
4. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures of academic institutions in Netherlands Amsterdam, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
5. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall first be subject to good-faith mediation before escalation to formal legal proceedings.
