This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Wellington Academic Recruitment & Consultancy Services Ltd. within 20 business days of invoice receipt:

30% deposit (NZD 63,963.00) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
40% progress payment (NZD 85,284.00) upon successful completion of the University Lecturer recruitment process and confirmation of the appointment.
30% final payment (NZD 63,963.00) upon completion of the onboarding period and commencement of the University Lecturer's first teaching semester in Wellington.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in New Zealand Wellington.
All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% as administered by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
The University Lecturer engagement described herein is subject to the academic employment policies of the hiring institution and the Employment Relations Act 2000 of New Zealand.
Wellington Academic Recruitment & Consultancy Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays caused by visa processing, immigration clearance, or force majeure events affecting the Wellington region.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement and the deposit has been received.
Any variations to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
All intellectual property developed by the University Lecturer during the engagement shall be governed by the intellectual property policies of the employing university in Wellington, New Zealand.
