This Quotation Estimate is issued by Karachi Academic Recruitment & Consultancy Services (KARCS) in response to the formal request received from the University of Karachi for the recruitment, screening, and engagement of a qualified University Lecturer for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. This document provides a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of all professional fees, administrative charges, and associated costs involved in the end-to-end process of sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding a University Lecturer candidate within the Pakistan Karachi metropolitan area. The scope covers candidate identification, academic credential verification, interview panel coordination, background checks, and final placement support for a period of one (1) academic year, renewable upon mutual agreement.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, KARCS reserves the right to revise the fees due to market fluctuations in the Pakistan Karachi recruitment landscape.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful completion of the interview and selection process, and 20% upon successful onboarding of the University Lecturer candidate.
4.3 All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated KARCS account (Meezan Bank, Karachi Branch, Account No. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, IBAN: PKXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
4.4 KARCS guarantees a minimum of five (5) shortlisted, fully qualified University Lecturer candidates for the University's consideration. If the University is unable to select a candidate from the initial pool, one additional sourcing cycle shall be provided at no extra cost.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the University of Karachi and the selected University Lecturer. The employment terms shall be governed by a separate service agreement in compliance with HEC regulations and the University's internal bylaws.
4.6 Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
4.7 KARCS shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate data, University of Karachi internal processes, and the terms outlined in this document in accordance with Pakistan's data protection guidelines.
5. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the authorized representative of the University of Karachi acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a University Lecturer in Pakistan Karachi, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein.
