3. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate shall be settled according to the following schedule, all payments to be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the designated institutional account in Russia Moscow:
- Tranche 1 (30%): 1,599,480 RUB — Due upon contract signing and commencement of the University Lecturer appointment (1 September 2025).
- Tranche 2 (40%): 2,132,640 RUB — Due by 1 December 2025, covering the first semester of the academic year.
- Tranche 3 (30%): 1,599,480 RUB — Due by 1 March 2026, covering the second semester and concluding obligations.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and amounts are subject to revision based on prevailing academic salary benchmarks in Russia Moscow.
- The University Lecturer shall be required to maintain a minimum teaching load of 360 contact hours per academic year as stipulated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
- All academic deliverables, including lecture materials, examination papers, and research outputs, shall be produced in accordance with the quality assurance standards of the Moscow State Academic Institute of Higher Education.
- The University Lecturer is expected to participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review boards, and student advisory committees as scheduled by the Faculty Dean's office in Russia Moscow.
- Early termination of the University Lecturer contract prior to the completion of the 2025/2026 academic year shall require a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice and may be subject to a pro-rata financial adjustment as determined by the institutional HR committee.
- All personal data processed under this Quotation Estimate shall be handled in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the internal arbitration panel of the Moscow State Academic Institute of Higher Education, with jurisdiction located in Russia Moscow.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal employment agreement in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation shall be executed prior to the commencement of duties.
