• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period requires a revised estimate reflecting current market rates in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• All costs are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 15% as per Saudi tax regulations, unless otherwise stated.
• The University Lecturer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree (for Assistant Lecturer) or a Doctorate (for Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor) from an accredited institution recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
• Payment shall be processed on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the lecturer's designated account within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, no later than the 5th business day of each month.
• The contractual term is for one (1) academic year (September to August), renewable upon mutual agreement and satisfactory performance evaluation.
• Termination by either party requires a written notice period of sixty (60) days, in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and the university's internal HR policies.
• All housing, transportation, and visa arrangements are contingent upon the lecturer's successful completion of the Saudi government medical examination and security clearance.
