1. Scope of Services – University Lecturer Appointment

3. Payment Terms

All payments referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Academic Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore Singapore. The recruitment and onboarding fees (Items 01–03) are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The monthly retainer (Item 04) and recurring service fees (Items 05–07) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and are due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under the Singapore Singapore Contracts (General Part) Act.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
The University Lecturer engagement is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Academic Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the University Lecturer candidate with a suitably qualified alternative if the primary candidate declines the appointment, provided the substitute meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
The University Lecturer shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and intellectual property assignment in accordance with the policies of the engaging institution and the regulatory framework of Singapore Singapore.
Early termination of the University Lecturer engagement prior to the completion of the 36-month period shall be subject to a penalty equivalent to three (3) months of the retainer fee, unless termination is due to gross misconduct or mutual written agreement.
All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the University Lecturer engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as a preliminary estimate of costs and scope.

5. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the authorised representative of the engaging institution confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the University Lecturer engagement as described herein. The signed Quotation Estimate shall be returned to Academic Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore Singapore within the validity period to initiate the recruitment and onboarding process.
