• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent employment contract shall be resolved through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, and, if unresolved, through the competent courts of the Seoul Central District Court.
• The University Lecturer agrees to a non-compete clause limiting engagement with competing academic institutions within the Seoul metropolitan area for a period of six (6) months following the termination of this engagement.
