4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue, expiring on 15 September 2025. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market conditions in the Valencia academic labour market.
4.2 Payment Terms: The recruitment and administrative fees (Items 1 and 2) are payable within thirty (30) days of the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The University Lecturer salary and associated annual costs shall be disbursed in twelve (12) equal monthly instalments, commencing on the first day of the academic year (September 2025).
4.3 Currency and Taxation: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Euros (EUR) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of 21% as governed by Spanish fiscal legislation. The University Lecturer's personal income tax (IRPF) shall be withheld in accordance with the regulations of the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT).
