- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai academic recruitment sector.
- The University Lecturer candidate must hold a minimum of a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the relevant discipline, a minimum of five (5) years of post-doctoral teaching experience at a recognized university, and a minimum of ten (10) peer-reviewed publications in international journals.
- All recruitment activities shall be conducted in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (Labour Law), the Dubai Academic Sector Regulations, and the Nationality of UAE (Emiratisation) directives where applicable.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and visa issuance of the University Lecturer, and 20% upon completion of the six-month probationary monitoring period.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to Academic Talent Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All transactions are subject to UAE Central Bank regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The final employment agreement for the University Lecturer shall be executed separately between the hiring university and the candidate, with our firm acting solely as the recruitment intermediary.
