• User Research & Discovery: Conducting in-depth user interviews, focus groups, and field research with end-users located in Kabul and surrounding provinces of Afghanistan to understand cultural context, usability expectations, and accessibility needs specific to the Afghan market.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing comprehensive site maps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes that reflect the logical structure of the application while accommodating right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) bilingual layouts in Dari, Pashto, and English.
