USD conversion is provided for reference only and is subject to fluctuation. The final payment in USD, if elected, will be calculated at the official BCRA rate on the date of invoicing.
The UX UI Designer engagement is projected to span a total of ten (10) weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be conducted primarily from our studio located in the Centro Histórico district of Argentina Córdoba, with the option of on-site meetings at the client's premises within the Córdoba metropolitan area. Weekly progress reviews will be scheduled every Thursday at 10:00 AM (Córdoba local time, UTC-3).
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. This payment secures the UX UI Designer's availability and initiates the project kickoff.
- 40% Mid-Project Payment: Due upon client approval of the high-fidelity UI design deliverables (end of Week 7).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon completion of the design handoff and delivery of all final assets and documentation.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (Córdoba, Argentina banking system), Mercado Pago, or international wire transfer. A 2% administrative surcharge applies to international wire transfers.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Argentina Córdoba and currency fluctuations.
- All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Córdoba before proceeding to the competent courts.
