The rates specified in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A 10% GST surcharge of $3,767.50 will be applied if the client is not registered for GST under Australian tax law. The total inclusive amount, where applicable, would be $41,442.50 AUD. All rates are benchmarked against prevailing UX UI Designer market rates in Australia Sydney for 2025, which typically range between $140 and $220 per hour depending on seniority and specialisation.

This estimate assumes a project duration of approximately 12 to 14 weeks from the date of contract execution. Should the client require expedited delivery, a 15% premium will apply to the affected phases. All travel within the Sydney metropolitan area (including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and Northern Beaches) is included at no additional cost. Travel to locations outside the Sydney metropolitan area will be billed at actual cost plus a 10% administrative surcharge.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

30% deposit ($11,302.50) due upon signing of the service agreement to secure the UX UI Designer's calendar.
40% progress payment ($15,070.00) due upon completion of the UI Design & Visual Identity phase.
30% final payment ($11,302.50) due upon delivery of the Developer Handoff package and acceptance of all deliverables.

Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the assigned UX UI Designer may be subject to change.
All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Work-in-progress materials remain the property of Meridian Digital Design Studio until such transfer occurs.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within 5 business days) on each deliverable. Delays in client feedback beyond 10 business days will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to the studio.
A maximum of two revision rounds are included per phase. Additional revisions will be billed at the applicable hourly rate for the relevant phase.
This engagement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will comply with all relevant Australian privacy legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Sydney region, may result in timeline adjustments. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to mitigate delays.
