The client is advised to review this Quotation Estimate thoroughly before proceeding with the engagement. Any modifications to the scope of work described herein will necessitate a revised Quotation Estimate, which will be issued within five (5) business days of receiving the client's written request for changes.

The following services will be delivered by our lead UX UI Designer as part of this engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka:

3.1 User Experience (UX) Design

• Conducting comprehensive user research, including stakeholder interviews, user persona development, and competitive analysis specific to the Bangladesh Dhaka market and its digital ecosystem.
• Creating detailed user journey maps, flowcharts, and wireframes for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Designing and executing usability testing sessions with a minimum of fifteen (15) participants recruited locally in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Developing an information architecture document and content strategy aligned with the client's business objectives.
• Producing interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder review and iterative feedback cycles.

3.2 User Interface (UI) Design

• Designing a complete visual design system including color palettes, typography scales, iconography, and component libraries.
• Creating high-fidelity mockups for a minimum of twenty-five (25) unique screens across web and mobile applications.
• Developing responsive design specifications ensuring optimal rendering across all device breakpoints.
• Preparing a comprehensive UI style guide and developer handoff documentation in Figma with annotated specifications.
• Providing two (2) rounds of design revisions per major deliverable as part of the standard UX UI Designer engagement.

3.3 Additional Deliverables

• A final design presentation and walkthrough session conducted in person at the client's office in Bangladesh Dhaka or via video conference.
• Post-delivery support for a period of thirty (30) days to address any design-related queries from the development team.

Total estimated project duration: Eleven (11) weeks from the date of contract signing. The UX UI Designer will be available for weekly progress meetings and ad-hoc consultations throughout the project lifecycle in Bangladesh Dhaka.

Amount in words: Eight Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Taka Only (BDT 866,250). This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. All rates are inclusive of the UX UI Designer's professional fees, software licensing, and project management overhead. Travel expenses within Bangladesh Dhaka city limits are included; travel outside Dhaka will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.

• Advance Payment (40%): BDT 346,500 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Milestone Payment (30%): BDT 259,875 – Due upon completion of Phase 2 (Wireframing & Prototyping) and client sign-off.
• Final Payment (30%): BDT 259,875 – Due upon final delivery of all UX UI Designer deliverables and completion of the post-delivery support period.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Design Studio, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Invoices will be issued in BDT. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply to any overdue balances.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy.
• All intellectual property rights for the final UX UI Designer deliverables shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full and final payment.
• The UX UI Designer retains the right to use anonymized project work in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's written consent.
• Any scope changes exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and revised pricing.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• Confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall apply throughout the engagement and for two (2) years post-completion.
