PixelCraft Studio BV is pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer to support Meridian Digital Solutions SRL in the redesign and development of its enterprise customer portal. The UX UI Designer will be based in our Belgium Brussels office and will work in close collaboration with the client's internal product and engineering teams.

The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses the full user experience and user interface design lifecycle, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system delivery. All deliverables will be tailored to the regulatory and accessibility standards applicable in Belgium Brussels, including compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and Belgian consumer protection directives.

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is 16 weeks (approximately four months), commencing on the date of contract signature. The UX UI Designer will be available on-site at the client's Belgium Brussels premises for a minimum of three days per week, with the remaining days allocated to focused design work at the PixelCraft Studio office in central Brussels. Milestone reviews will be scheduled bi-weekly to ensure alignment with the client's product roadmap.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
• Payment terms: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance. All invoices are payable within 30 days in accordance with Belgian commercial law.
• All intellectual property rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. PixelCraft Studio BV retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
• The UX UI Designer is engaged as an independent contractor operating under Belgian labor and social security regulations. The client is not responsible for any employment-related obligations.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium Brussels judicial district.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services described herein, to be delivered in Belgium Brussels. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
