This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, a signed service agreement will be executed in accordance with Brazilian commercial law applicable in Brazil Brasília. Payment terms are structured as follows: 40% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the UI Design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. Invoices will be issued in BRL and are payable within fifteen (15) business days via bank transfer to the account details provided in the contract.
The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will dedicate a minimum of 32 hours per week to your engagement. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. Our studio retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the initial estimate will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Brazil Brasília region, may result in timeline adjustments without penalty to either party.
