All prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the tax regulations of Brazil Rio de Janeiro. International clients may request equivalent pricing in USD at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of contract signing.
Payment Schedule: 40% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of UI Design phase, 30% upon final delivery and acceptance.
Payment Method: Bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the formal contract. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Brazilian fiscal regulations (NF-e).
Overdue Payments: A late fee of 2% per month plus SELIC interest will apply to overdue balances, in compliance with Brazilian commercial law.
The estimated total duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is 12 to 14 weeks from the kickoff date. The timeline assumes timely feedback from the client (within 3 business days per review cycle). Delays in feedback or scope changes may extend the schedule proportionally. All milestones will be tracked and communicated via a shared project management tool accessible to both parties in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
7.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
7.2. The UX UI Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all source files, design systems, and methodologies until final payment is received in full.
7.3. Up to two (2) revision rounds are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at R$ 350,00 per hour.
7.4. The client agrees to provide all necessary content, brand assets, and access to existing systems within 5 business days of project kickoff.
7.5. This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
