4. Payment Schedule

This Quotation Estimate outlines the following milestone-based payment structure for the UX UI Designer engagement in Canada Montreal:

All payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via Interac e-Transfer, wire transfer, or certified cheque to the account designated by PixelCraft Digital Studio Inc. in Montreal, Quebec.

5. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
All work performed under this estimate will be conducted by a qualified UX UI Designer based in Canada Montreal, ensuring local time-zone alignment and in-person collaboration opportunities at the client's Montreal office or our studio on Rue Sainte-Catherine.
The total project duration is estimated at thirteen (13) weeks from the date of contract commencement. Delays caused by client feedback beyond the agreed revision cycles may result in additional billing at the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Two (2) full revision cycles are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at $125 CAD per hour.
All intellectual property rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. PixelCraft Digital Studio Inc. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Montreal, Quebec before proceeding to litigation.
The UX UI Designer will comply with all applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, when handling any user data collected during research and testing phases.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures in the Canada Montreal region, may extend project timelines without penalty to either party.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a UX UI Designer as described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between PixelCraft Digital Studio Inc. and the client for services to be delivered in Canada Montreal.
