This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nexus Digital Studio SpA to formally present the professional services of a senior UX UI Designer engaged to support the complete redesign of the Andes Fintech mobile banking application. All deliverables, workshops, and on-site consultations will be conducted in Chile Santiago, specifically at the client's offices in Santiago Centro or at our studio in Las Condes, depending on the phase of the project. The UX UI Designer assigned to this engagement will bring over nine years of experience in digital product design, with a proven track record in financial technology applications serving Latin American markets.
The scope encompasses user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity visual design, interactive prototyping, design system development, usability testing facilitation, and ongoing design support during the development sprint cycles. The UX UI Designer will work collaboratively with the client's internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and accessible digital experience aligned with Chilean regulatory standards for financial services.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the assigned UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
- All services will be rendered in Chile Santiago, with a maximum of two (2) on-site days per week at the client's premises. Additional on-site days will be billed at 1.5x the standard weekly rate.
- The UX UI Designer will provide a minimum of three (3) revision rounds per design deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at $185,000 CLP per hour.
- Intellectual property of all final design deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate. Source files (Figma, Adobe XD) will be delivered in a shared workspace.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party user testing participants, stock assets, or licensing fees, which will be billed at cost if required.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, in compliance with Chilean data protection law (Ley 19.628).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein. The engagement of the UX UI Designer will commence within five (5) business days of full receipt of the initial payment.
