This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Beijing Digital Design Studio Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer to deliver end-to-end user experience and user interface design services. This document is specifically tailored for projects to be executed within China Beijing, taking into account local market rates, regulatory requirements, and the unique digital ecosystem of the capital city. The Quotation Estimate covers all professional fees, tooling, and project management overheads associated with the UX UI Designer engagement over the specified project duration.

The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will operate out of our dedicated studio in the Zhongguancun Technology Park, China Beijing, and will deliver the following services:

User Research & Discovery: Conducting in-depth user interviews, usability testing sessions, and competitive analysis specific to the China Beijing digital market and local user behaviour patterns.
Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing sitemaps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes that align with the client's business objectives and the expectations of users in China Beijing.
High-Fidelity UI Design: Creating pixel-perfect interface designs in Figma and Adobe XD, including design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms.
Prototyping & Usability Testing: Building interactive prototypes and facilitating moderated usability testing sessions with local participants in China Beijing to validate design decisions.
Design Handoff & Developer Support: Preparing comprehensive design specifications, annotated mockups, and conducting handoff meetings with the client's development team.
Iterative Refinement: Providing up to three (3) rounds of design revisions per major deliverable milestone as outlined in the project timeline.

In accordance with standard commercial practice in China Beijing, the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in the following instalments:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
All services rendered by the UX UI Designer shall be performed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
The UX UI Designer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, proprietary information, and project deliverables. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to project commencement.
All intellectual property rights in the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval from both parties.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the studio's registered corporate account in China Beijing. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as per Chinese commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its rules of procedure.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the UX UI Designer in China Beijing.
