Payment Schedule

Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the UX UI Designer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Shanghai.
All work performed by the UX UI Designer under this engagement shall be conducted in compliance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including applicable data protection and intellectual property statutes relevant to China Shanghai.
The UX UI Designer shall maintain full confidentiality of all client data, proprietary information, and trade secrets. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to project commencement.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional hours for the UX UI Designer will be billed at the rates specified herein.
All deliverables, including source files, design assets, and documentation produced by the UX UI Designer, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of the amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day, in accordance with commercial practice in China Shanghai.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the financial and operational framework for the UX UI Designer engagement.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in China Shanghai under the rules of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
