Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs (end of Week 8), and 30% upon final handoff and acceptance of all deliverables. Payments may be made via international bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. The client in DR Congo Kinshasa may also arrange payment through a local banking correspondent if preferred, subject to a 2% processing surcharge.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and the UX UI Designer's availability.
- The total project duration is estimated at twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract commencement. Delays caused by the client's feedback cycles or scope changes will extend the timeline accordingly.
