Payment Schedule: This Quotation Estimate assumes a payment structure of 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (UI Design delivery), and 30% upon final handoff and acceptance. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our Egypt Alexandria office account.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio.
Any scope changes exceeding the 10% contingency allowance will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work begins.
The UX UI Designer team commits to a maximum of two (2) revision rounds per phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at a rate of 2,500 EGP per hour.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Alexandria.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project, as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure failures affecting the Egypt Alexandria region.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and financial commitments outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the UX UI Designer services as described herein. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between the parties.
