- All fees are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
- Travel expenses within Cairo and Giza are included. Travel to other governorates will be billed at actual cost.
- Third-party software licensing (Figma, Miro, Maze) is included for the duration of the project.
- The UX UI Designer team assigned to this project will consist of 1 Lead UX UI Designer, 1 UI Visual Designer, and 1 UX Researcher, all based in our Egypt Cairo office.
Payment shall be structured as follows to align with project milestones:
- 30% Advance Payment (113,700 EGP) — Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the Service Agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment (151,600 EGP) — Due upon approval of High-Fidelity UI Design deliverables (End of Week 8).
- 30% Final Payment (113,700 EGP) — Due upon completion of Developer Handoff and commencement of the 30-day support period.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Studio Nile Digital account at CIB (Commercial International Bank), Cairo Branch. Invoices will be issued in Arabic and English to comply with Egyptian commercial regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
- All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. During the project, the UX UI Designer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
- The client agrees to provide feedback within 5 business days of each deliverable submission. Delays beyond this window will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to the client, but may affect the post-launch support window.
- Studio Nile Digital reserves the right to decline or modify the scope if the project involves content that violates Egyptian law or public order.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs and timelines.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, in accordance with Egyptian data protection regulations.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The UX UI Designer team at Studio Nile Digital, Egypt Cairo, will commence work upon receipt of the advance payment and the executed Service Agreement.
