Thank you for the opportunity to prepare this Quotation Estimate for your upcoming digital product redesign initiative. As a dedicated UX UI Designer studio operating at the heart of France Paris, Atelier Lumière Digital is committed to delivering world-class user experience and user interface solutions that align with the highest standards of French and European digital design. This Quotation Estimate outlines the full scope of services, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement described below.

This Quotation Estimate covers the comprehensive engagement of our senior UX UI Designer team to redesign the customer-facing platform of Société Horizon Technologies. All work will be conducted primarily from our studio located in the 1st arrondissement of France Paris, with regular on-site collaboration sessions at your offices on the Champs-Élysées. The UX UI Designer engagement encompasses research, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and design system development over a projected timeline of fourteen (14) weeks.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable by bank transfer to the account of Atelier Lumière Digital, Paris, France:

30% advance payment (€42,000.00 TTC) upon signature of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
40% milestone payment (€56,000.00 TTC) upon delivery and client approval of the high-fidelity UI design phase (Item 04).
30% final payment (€42,000.00 TTC) upon completion of the design system handoff and final acceptance (Item 06).

All payments are due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing and availability of the UX UI Designer team may be subject to revision.
All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (design files, prototypes, design system documentation) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Atelier Lumière Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
The UX UI Designer engagement is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris.
Revisions are included as follows: two (2) rounds of revisions per design phase. Additional revision cycles beyond the included rounds will be billed at the applicable daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
The client agrees to provide timely access to stakeholders, content, brand assets, and technical documentation necessary for the UX UI Designer team to execute the project within the stated timeline. Delays in client feedback exceeding five (5) business days per phase will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline.
All work performed under this Quotation Estimate is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection laws (Loi Informatique et Libertés). Personal data collected during user research sessions in France Paris will be processed in full compliance with these regulations.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein serve as a preliminary commercial proposal.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined above for the UX UI Designer services to be delivered in France Paris.
