This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by PixelCraft Digital Solutions GmbH to formally outline the scope, deliverables, timeline, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer to support your organisation's digital product development initiative. All services described herein will be delivered in accordance with the professional standards expected in the Germany Frankfurt technology and design market, and in full compliance with German commercial law (HGB) and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR / DSGVO).

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer. It does not constitute a contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section at the end of this document. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing prior to execution.

The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will operate as a dedicated design lead embedded within your product team. The engagement is structured across four distinct phases, each with clearly defined deliverables. The UX UI Designer will be based in our Germany Frankfurt studio (Mainzer Landstraße 142) with a minimum of three on-site days per week at your premises in the Frankfurt metropolitan area, supplemented by remote collaboration on the remaining days.

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is 18 weeks from the confirmed start date. The project is scheduled to commence in Germany Frankfurt no earlier than 1 September 2025, subject to mutual agreement. Key milestone reviews will be conducted bi-weekly with your product management team. The UX UI Designer will present progress at each milestone and incorporate feedback within the agreed sprint cycle.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

20% advance payment (€ 12,138.00 incl. VAT) due upon contract signature.
30% milestone payment (€ 18,207.00 incl. VAT) due upon completion of Phase 2 (UX Architecture & Wireframing).
30% milestone payment (€ 18,207.00 incl. VAT) due upon completion of Phase 3 (UI Design & Design System).
20% final payment (€ 12,138.00 incl. VAT) due upon final design sign-off and delivery of all source files.

All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date via SEPA bank transfer to our account at Commerzbank Frankfurt (IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00). Late payments will incur statutory interest at 8% above the ECB base rate in accordance with § 288 HGB.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for UX UI Designer services in Germany Frankfurt.
All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (design files, prototypes, documentation) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. PixelCraft Digital Solutions GmbH retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The UX UI Designer is bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies encountered during the engagement in Germany Frankfurt.
Any change requests that alter the original scope by more than 10% in effort will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval before additional work commences.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
The UX UI Designer will comply with all applicable German and EU data protection regulations (DSGVO / GDPR) when handling user research data and personal information collected during the project.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting the Germany Frankfurt region, may result in timeline adjustments without penalty to either party.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services to be delivered in Germany Frankfurt. This document becomes a binding service agreement upon dual signature.
