This Quotation Estimate covers all phases of the design lifecycle, from initial research through to final handover and post-launch support.

The UX UI Designer engagement in Ghana Accra encompasses the following deliverables and activities:

• Discovery & Research Phase: Conducting user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and competitive analysis specific to the Ghanaian digital market. This phase ensures the UX UI Designer fully understands the target audience's behaviours, pain points, and cultural preferences within Ghana Accra and the broader West African region.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing site maps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes that establish the structural foundation of the platform. The UX UI Designer will present these for iterative feedback sessions with the client team.
• Visual Design & UI Development: Creating high-fidelity mockups, design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototypes. All visual assets will be tailored to reflect the aesthetic sensibilities and usability expectations of users in Ghana Accra.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Performing moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions with a representative sample of users in Ghana Accra. The UX UI Designer will incorporate findings into at least two full revision cycles.

• The UX UI Designer services described herein are exclusive to the client named in this document and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party without written consent.
• All intellectual property rights to final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Work-in-progress assets remain the property of Accra Digital Design Studio until the final invoice is settled.
• The UX UI Designer team will operate from our studio in Ghana Accra and will conduct in-person meetings at the client's premises in Accra as required, with no additional travel charges within the city limits.
• Any scope changes or additional requests beyond the defined deliverables will be subject to a separate revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
• Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Ghanaian commercial law.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra.
