- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on market conditions in the India Bangalore design services sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of high-fidelity UI design deliverables, and 30% upon final project handoff. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to our India Bangalore registered account.
- The UX UI Designer engagement assumes a standard working week of five (5) days, Monday through Friday, with a maximum of eight (8) hours per day. Overtime or weekend work will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- All intellectual property rights for final deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Source files (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) will be shared via a secure cloud repository.
- Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included per design phase. Additional revision cycles will be charged at INR 8,000 per round per screen set.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs, stock imagery, or development/implementation services unless explicitly stated.
- Confidentiality: All project data, user research findings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with India's Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure failures in the India Bangalore region.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of India Bangalore, Karnataka.
