This Quotation Estimate includes the allocation of the following UX UI Designer resources from our India Mumbai studio:

As per this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows for the UX UI Designer engagement:
- 30% Advance: ₹ 5,84,100 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement.
- 40% Milestone: ₹ 7,78,800 – Due upon delivery of High-Fidelity UI Design and Interactive Prototypes (End of Week 11).
- 30% Final: ₹ 5,84,100 – Due upon completion of Developer Handoff and acceptance of all deliverables.
All payments are to be made via NEFT/RTGS to our India Mumbai bank account. International clients may pay via wire transfer in USD at the prevailing exchange rate. Invoices will be raised from our registered office in India Mumbai, and applicable GST will be charged as per Indian tax regulations.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the UX UI Designer services may be revised based on resource availability and market conditions in India Mumbai.
5.2 Revisions: Each design phase includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles will be billed at ₹ 12,000 per hour for the UX UI Designer team.
5.3 Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all design assets, source files, and documentation created by the UX UI Designer team shall become the exclusive property of the client. PixelCraft Design Studio Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
5.4 Confidentiality: All project information shared during the engagement is subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our India Mumbai team adheres to strict data protection protocols in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5.5 Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation by the client, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date, plus a 10% cancellation charge, shall be payable. The UX UI Designer team will be released from the project with 15 business days' written notice.
5.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in India Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The governing law shall be the laws of India.
5.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics affecting operations in India Mumbai.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services as described herein. This document, once signed by both parties, constitutes a binding commercial agreement for the scope of work outlined above.
