This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive scope, deliverables, and associated costs for engaging our senior UX UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for your enterprise SaaS platform. All pricing in this document is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and reflects current market rates applicable to the India New Delhi technology corridor, where our design team is physically based and operates.

The following services will be delivered by our dedicated UX UI Designer, a senior professional with over eight years of experience in crafting user-centric digital experiences for clients across the India New Delhi and broader NCR region:

• Discovery & Research: Stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, user persona development, and journey mapping tailored to the Indian market context.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Low-fidelity wireframes for all core modules, navigation flows, and content hierarchy.
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Pixel-perfect interface designs in Figma, including responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Interactive Prototyping: Clickable prototypes for usability testing with a minimum of three rounds of user feedback sessions.
• Design System & Component Library: A reusable, documented design system with tokens, components, and usage guidelines.
• Developer Handoff & QA Support: Annotated design files, asset exports, and a minimum of two weeks of post-handoff support for implementation queries.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the India New Delhi design services market.
2. All payments are to be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of PixelCraft Design Studio Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India. Invoices will be raised in INR with applicable GST.
3. The UX UI Designer will be allocated exclusively to this project for the duration of the engagement. No concurrent client work will be assigned to the same designer during this period.
4. A maximum of three (3) revision cycles are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at ₹8,000 per hour.
5. All intellectual property rights for final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Source files (Figma) will be shared via a private link.
6. This engagement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
7. Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In such cases, work completed to date shall be invoiced proportionally.
8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project data, user research findings, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.

• Client will provide all necessary brand assets, content, and access to existing systems within the first week.
• Travel costs for on-site meetings in India New Delhi or NCR are included up to four (4) visits. Additional visits will be billed at actuals.
• Copywriting, content strategy, and backend development are excluded from this Quotation Estimate.
• Third-party licensing costs for stock imagery, icon packs, or font licenses are borne by the client.
