Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
All deliverables produced by our UX UI Designer team shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within 3 business days) on all design deliverables to avoid project delays. Delays in feedback beyond 5 business days may result in a proportional extension of the project timeline.
A maximum of two (2) revision rounds are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at IDR 2,500,000 per round.
Our UX UI Designer team will conduct all on-site meetings, workshops, and user testing sessions at our office in Indonesia Jakarta or at the client's premises, with travel expenses within Greater Jakarta included in the quoted price.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Indonesian commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing costs for fonts, stock imagery, or software subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
All communications and project management will be conducted in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia, whichever is preferred by the client, to ensure clarity for all stakeholders in Indonesia Jakarta.
This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not serve as a binding contract until both parties have signed the Master Service Agreement (MSA) referencing this estimate.
