The UX UI Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables, all to be executed in coordination with the client's team based in Iraq Baghdad:

• User research and stakeholder interviews conducted in-person at the client's Baghdad office or via secure video conferencing.
• Competitive analysis of existing digital products serving the Iraqi market, with emphasis on Arabic-language interface conventions.
• Creation of user personas, journey maps, and information architecture tailored to the target audience in Iraq Baghdad.
• Wireframing and low-fidelity prototyping of all core application screens and user flows.
• High-fidelity UI design including a complete design system, component library, and style guide.

As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the UX UI Designer engagement shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment ($22,125): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to commencement of work in Iraq Baghdad.
• 25% Milestone Payment ($18,437.50): Due upon completion and client approval of the wireframing and low-fidelity prototype phase.
• 25% Milestone Payment ($18,437.50): Due upon delivery of the high-fidelity UI design package and design system.
• 20% Final Payment ($14,750): Due upon final acceptance of all deliverables, including usability test reports and developer handoff documentation.

All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the account designated by PixelCraft Digital Solutions Ltd. The client is responsible for any applicable Iraqi banking fees or currency conversion charges.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
• The UX UI Designer shall dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to the project while physically present in Iraq Baghdad. Remote collaboration hours outside of Baghdad are included at no additional cost.
• All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment. PixelCraft Digital Solutions Ltd. retains the right to display the work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
• The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within 3 business days) on all design deliverables. Delays in feedback beyond this window may result in a proportional extension of the project timeline and associated costs.

• This engagement is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq.
• The UX UI Designer shall comply with all local regulations and professional conduct standards applicable in Iraq Baghdad during the course of the engagement.
