This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiration, pricing for the UX UI Designer engagement may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
All deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment.
The UX UI Designer and PixelCraft Design Studio retain the right to display completed work in their portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed separately.
Any scope changes exceeding 15% of the original Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and revised cost assessment.
Payment terms are Net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as per Israeli commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel Jerusalem.
The UX UI Designer will work a standard 40-hour week (Sunday–Thursday) in accordance with the Israeli workweek, with availability for urgent matters by prior arrangement.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes the client will provide all necessary brand assets, content copy, and access to existing product documentation within the first 5 business days of project commencement. Delays in client-side deliverables will proportionally extend the project timeline without additional cost to the client, but the Quotation Estimate validity period will not be extended.
