The UX UI Designer will execute the project over an estimated 12-week period, commencing within 10 business days of Quotation Estimate acceptance. Key milestones include: Discovery completion (Week 2), Wireframe approval (Week 4), High-fidelity design delivery (Week 7), Prototype testing (Week 9), and Final handoff (Week 11). All milestones are subject to timely client feedback within 3 business days of each deliverable submission.
- Advance Payment: 30% (₪ 39,450) due upon signing this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement.
- Milestone Payment 1: 25% (₪ 32,875) due upon approval of wireframes and information architecture.
- Milestone Payment 2: 25% (₪ 32,875) due upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
- Final Payment: 20% (₪ 26,300) due upon project completion and final developer handoff.
- All payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge in accordance with Israeli commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be adjusted to reflect current UX UI Designer market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
- All intellectual property rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Work-in-progress remains the property of Orion Digital Design Studio.
