The purpose of this Quotation Estimate is to provide the client with a transparent, itemised breakdown of all professional services to be rendered by our UX UI Designer team. The UX UI Designer engagement is projected to span a total of twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be conducted primarily at the client's offices in Italy Milan, with the option for hybrid remote collaboration as mutually agreed. Milestone payments are tied to the completion of each phase as detailed in the scope of work above. This Quotation Estimate assumes a standard working week of five days, Monday through Friday, in alignment with the typical business calendar observed in Italy Milan.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of Studio Lumen Digital S.r.l. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (Visual Design), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all UX UI Designer deliverables. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the issue date, in compliance with Italian commercial law. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Bank of Italy. All costs are quoted in EUR and are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Quotation Estimate.

This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions: the client will provide timely access to all necessary product documentation, brand guidelines, and stakeholder availability for scheduled workshops in Italy Milan. The UX UI Designer scope does not include front-end or back-end development, content writing, copywriting, or ongoing post-launch support beyond the two-week QA window. Any additional revision cycles beyond the two included in Phase 2, or any scope changes requested by the client, will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and a written change-order agreement. Travel expenses within the metropolitan area of Milan are included; travel outside the Milan metropolitan region will be billed at actual cost.

Upon full and final payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced by the UX UI Designer shall transfer exclusively to the client. Studio Lumen Digital S.r.l. reserves the right to reference the completed project in its portfolio, subject to the client's prior written consent. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement, in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as applicable to operations in Italy Milan.

This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer for the engagement of our UX UI Designer services and remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be confirmed by the client's authorised representative signing and returning the attached acceptance form.
