3. Project Timeline

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement in Japan Tokyo is approximately 18 weeks (4.5 months), commencing on the date of contract execution. The schedule is structured to accommodate the Japanese business calendar, including public holidays such as Marine Day, Respect for the Aged Day, and the Obon period. All milestones will be reviewed bi-weekly with the client's project team at the Nihonbashi office or via scheduled video conferences.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Japan Tokyo.
Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the UI Visual Design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to our account at Mizuho Bank, Roppongi Branch, Tokyo.
Revisions: The Quotation Estimate includes two (2) rounds of revisions per design phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the standard UX UI Designer daily rate of ¥180,000 per day.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all design deliverables, source files, and design system assets created by the UX UI Designer shall become the exclusive property of Sakura Technologies Inc. Meridian Digital Studio K.K. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with client consent.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, user data, and business strategies shared during the engagement in Japan Tokyo. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to project commencement.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, consistent with Japanese commercial law.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved through the Tokyo District Court.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the formal Service Agreement. The UX UI Designer assigned to this project will be introduced to the client team during the first week of the engagement in Japan Tokyo. All on-site work will be conducted in accordance with Japanese labor regulations and studio safety protocols. 5. Acceptance and Authorization
