The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 12 to 14 weeks from the date of contract signing. The project will be executed in Almaty, Kazakhstan, with all deliverables managed through our local office. Weekly progress meetings will be conducted either in person at our Almaty office or via video conference, depending on the client's preference. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- All payments shall be made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Digital Design Studio LLP. International payments in USD or EUR are accepted at the National Bank of Kazakhstan exchange rate on the day of payment.
- The UX UI Designer engagement includes a maximum of three (3) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of 25,000 KZT per hour.
- All intellectual property rights to the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Source files (Figma, Adobe XD) will be provided in editable format.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for copywriting, illustration, motion design, or development services unless explicitly stated in a separate addendum.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- All project communications and deliverables will be managed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
- The UX UI Designer team commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client data, business strategies, and proprietary information shared during the engagement, in compliance with Kazakhstan's data protection regulations.
