The UX UI Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following comprehensive design activities tailored to the digital ecosystem of Kuwait, Kuwait City:

3.1 User Research and Experience Strategy

Conducting in-depth user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing with target audiences in Kuwait City. Developing user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints that reflect the cultural and linguistic preferences of Kuwaiti users, including full Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interface considerations.

3.2 Information Architecture and Wireframing

Designing the complete information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, and interactive sitemaps for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms. All wireframes will be reviewed with the client team in Kuwait City to ensure alignment with business objectives.

3.3 High-Fidelity UI Design

Producing pixel-perfect high-fidelity UI designs, a comprehensive design system with reusable components, typography guidelines (including Arabic script support), color palettes, iconography, and motion design specifications. The UX UI Designer will ensure all visual assets comply with Kuwaiti accessibility standards and local branding regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
• All intellectual property rights for the final design deliverables will transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
• The UX UI Designer reserves the right to use anonymized project case studies for portfolio purposes, subject to client written consent.
• Any changes to the project scope must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City.
