This Quotation Estimate is formally presented to Grupo Financiero Azteca Digital S.A. de C.V. for the engagement of a specialized UX UI Designer to deliver comprehensive user experience and user interface design services. The total estimated duration for the UX UI Designer engagement is sixteen (16) weeks, commencing upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial 40% advance payment. The project will be managed from our Mexico Mexico City office, with weekly progress meetings scheduled on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM (GMT-6). All milestones will be tracked using the client's preferred project management tool, and bi-weekly design reviews will be conducted in person at the client's offices in Mexico Mexico City.
- 40% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of the service agreement (MXN $135,720 including IVA).
- 35% Mid-Project Payment: Due upon completion of High-Fidelity UI Design deliverables (MXN $118,755 including IVA).
- 25% Final Payment: Due upon project acceptance and final handoff (MXN $84,825 including IVA).
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at BBVA México, CDMX. Invoices will be issued in compliance with Mexican tax regulations (CFDI 4.0).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Mexico Mexico City.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally agreed deliverables will require a formal change order and a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The UX UI Designer shall maintain full confidentiality of all client data, financial information, and proprietary materials in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
- This engagement is governed by the commercial laws of the State of Mexico and the Federal District (Mexico Mexico City). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico Mexico City.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Mexico Mexico City, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the UX UI Designer services to be performed in Mexico Mexico City. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
